1/4 Ton Manual Arbor Press
This precision 1/4 ton (227kg) PanaPress (arbor press) is extremely useful in manufacturing or as a repair tool.
Features:
- Ideal for pressing bearings, sleeves or collars, forming and assembly of small parts, staking, riveting, broaching, etc.
- Weighs only 6 lbs. Stands 7″ and is built to exert pressure up to 1/4 ton.
- Arbor and table-plate are die-cast of high strength Zamak III.
- Operating mechanism of hardened and ground steel.
- Four adjustable Nylon gibs for precise ram control. Gibs are self-lubricating and wear resistant.
- Throat depth 2-1/8″. Vertical capacity 3-1/2″.
- Base dimensions 3-5/8″ x 7″

- Reversible ram applies up to 1/4 ton (500 lbs. / 227kg) of pressure and is 0.75″ x 0.75″ (19.1mm x 19.1mm) square and 5.875″ (149.2mm) long

- Two additional holes for mounting Retrofit Kits on the base are pre-drilled and tapped 1/4-20 and may be used for customer tooling
